On The  Show
Why did you apply for the show?
The main reason I applied for the show was for a laugh. I was pushed to do it by my work mates at the time. I applied online, and to be honest, I had forgotten all about it. I received a phone call and all of a sudden, I was on the show!

What did you expect from the show when you got told you were going to be on Take Me Out?
I never knew what to expect. I have always watched the show as I think it is funny and a great laugh. You always think to yourself, I wonder what it would be like to be on that show? Would I get a blackout?? Etc

When you first came down the lift, who caught your eye the most?
When I first came down the “love lift” I was like a rabbit in the headlights. So much to take in and so many girls. With all the lights and my heart in my throat, nobody really caught my eye straight away as I didn’t know what was going on and was concentrating so hard on not making a fool of myself.

What made you choose Carrie over the other girls?
I chose Carrie over the other girls as I thought she seemed lovely, she have me some great answers and seemed like she would be really easy to get along with.

The burning question is, have you seen Carrie since the island of Fernando? (We thought it was worth asking!)
As the date hasn’t been shown I’m not allowed to comment.

What was it like going through the whole Take Me Out experience?
The whole experience has been amazing (if not tiring) from start through to finish. I’ve met so many great people and made some friends for life. 95% of people on the show are genuinely amazing people and that’s why they were chosen.
I’ve not really had the time to take it all in as it’s been chaotic from start to finish but I’ve enjoyed every minute.

Do you get a lot more attention now you’ve been on TV?
I’ve been recognised a few times now, it seems so surreal to be recognised for being on TV as you hear about it all the time. I really don’t know what to say apart from “yes, it was me” it just feels strange being in that situation.

Has Take Me Out changed your life in any respect?
I would say Take Me Out has changed my life for the better. Before the show I was unhappy in my job, after having such a great experience and meeting so many great people, I thought life’s too short so decided in a career change and now I’m going down to London to personal train. I can’t wait to get down to “the big smoke” and share my fitness knowledge and help others achieve the bodies of their dreams! On Dating
What is your best chat up line?
I don’t have a best chat up line as I’m never that great at chatting up woman, I’m just an honest guy who doesn’t take himself too seriously, I think getting painted gold proved that haha.

How would you describe your ideal girl in three words?
Confident, Motivated, Sexy

What would be your perfect date?
A romantic candle lit dinner in a warm resort by the beach watching the sunset.

Since the show, have you found love (with or without Carrie)?
I can’t say, I’m keeping my cards close to my chest at the moment.
