Looking to celebrate Pride this summer? 2020 looks set to be the best year yet for Pride festivals with a number of huge parties planned up and down the country which will be an amazing celebration of life, love and liberty. So, if you are looking to support the LGBT community and get involved with these fantastic events then here are a few of the biggest events in the diary this year.


London Pride (8th June to 6th July)

Starting in the capital, London Pride is the perfect way to kickstart the summer and as always this will be one of the biggest Pride events happening this year. There will be events happening through to the start of July with the headline event being the colourful parade on the 27th of June. This will be a non-stop party going through the heart of the capital and attracted over 1 million people last year.


Liverpool Pride (25th July)

Liverpool Pride takes place in the city centre and if last year was anything to go by will be another exciting, fun and welcoming party. They have also had special appearances from a number of big names, including DJ Katy B, DJ Smigger and Cody Dance.


Leeds Pride (2nd August)

Leeds Pride has emerged as one of the premier LGBT parties in recent years and this year will be taking place at Market Place where there will be all kinds of fun things happening and stalls where you can buy souvenirs and everything that you need to get in the party spirit. 


Brighton Pride (1st to 2nd August)

Brighton Pride is widely acknowledged as the country’s most popular Pride event and it truly is a special celebration down by the coast in the middle of summer. The whole town essentially comes together to celebrate for two days with parades, live music, street parties and much more. This can also be an easy event to reach by train wherever you are coming from, such as with a quick train from Brighton to Chichester.
